These terms govern your participation in the LinBerlin Luxury Perfumes PartnerHub programme. By registering you agree to them.

1. The programme

Approved partners may refer event gifting clients to LinBerlin Luxury Perfumes. Registration does not guarantee approval; we may approve, reject or suspend any account at our discretion.

2. Referrals

A referral is valid when the client details are submitted through PartnerHub and the client is not already in our records. We decide whether a lead is new. You must only submit clients who have agreed to be contacted.

3. Commission

Commission is earned on confirmed orders resulting from your valid referrals, at the rate communicated to you. It is calculated on the order value as recorded by us, and is not payable on cancelled orders. Commission is paid after we receive payment from the client, to the bank or UPI details in your profile. Applicable taxes may be deducted as required by law.

4. Your conduct

You must not misrepresent LinBerlin Luxury Perfumes, make promises or price commitments on our behalf, or use our name and marks other than as authorised. Authorised materials are provided in the Downloads section.

5. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for keeping your details accurate, including payout details. We are not liable for payments sent to details you supplied incorrectly.

6. Termination

Either party may end the relationship at any time. Commission already earned on confirmed orders remains payable subject to these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of PartnerHub means you accept the updated terms.
