PartnerHub is the online portal that runs the programme. Partners register, refer clients, follow each lead and see their earnings in one place. It is built to be quick to use, so you can refer a client between two event meetings.

The LinBerlin team reviews your registration. Once you are approved, you can log in to your PartnerHub dashboard.

Refer a client
Submit the client’s name, contact, event type, date, city, estimated quantity and budget. Refer only clients who agree to be contacted.

Earn commission
LinBerlin follows up, sends a quotation and manages the order. When the order is confirmed, your commission appears under Earnings, and every payment is recorded with a reference.

How partner commission works
Commission follows confirmed orders, and every figure is visible to you in PartnerHub.
Earned on confirmed orders
When an order from your referral is confirmed, the commission is added to your Earnings as pending.
Nothing on cancelled orders
If an order is cancelled before commission is paid, the pending commission is removed.
Paid to your bank or UPI
After LinBerlin receives the client’s payment, your commission is paid and recorded with a date and reference.

Who can become a LinBerlin event partner?
Any event professional or business that works with people planning weddings, corporate events or celebrations. This includes planners, anchors, photographers, decorators, caterers, venues, corporate gift companies, DJs, creators and freelancers. If your role is not listed, choose Other when you register.
How do I join?
Register on this page with your name, mobile, WhatsApp, email, partner type, city and state. It takes about two minutes and needs no documents. The LinBerlin team then reviews your registration, and you can log in once you are approved.
Do I need GST, PAN or a company to register?
No. Registration asks for no documents and a company name is optional. You can add GST, PAN, bank and UPI details later in Edit Profile. You will need bank or UPI details to receive commission.
How does a partner earn commission?
You earn commission on confirmed orders that come from your valid referrals. Commission is calculated on the order value recorded by LinBerlin. Cancelled orders do not earn commission. Your commission rate is communicated to you by LinBerlin.
When and how is commission paid?
Commission is paid after LinBerlin receives the client’s payment, to the bank account or UPI ID in your profile. Each payment is recorded in your Earnings page with its date and reference.
Can I track my referrals and orders?
Yes. Your PartnerHub dashboard shows every referral and its status, every order with its amount and commission, and your total, paid and pending earnings.
What happens to my client’s details?
LinBerlin uses them only to respond to the enquiry and manage the resulting order, as described in the Privacy Policy. Refer only clients who have agreed to be contacted.
Can I join from any city in India?
Yes. Partners register with their own city and state, so you can join from wherever you work.
Is PartnerHub a marketplace or a CRM?
No. PartnerHub is a simple partner portal for LinBerlin Luxury Perfumes. You refer clients and LinBerlin manages the sale. There is nothing to list, stock or sell yourself.
